The Ziplining experience was fantastic

Our guides were so knowledgeable of their craft that you feel comfortable with them supporting you. Although our two guides were so amazing, I didn't appreciate the other guides that were working with other groups that ended up on the same platform as our group because they were shaking our cable! I was very apprehensive of Ziplining to begin with, but I wanted to try it so bad and enjoyed the experience but I didn't like it a lot when the cable was being shaken by another guide while I was on my way to the other platform. This should be noted because part of their job is to be sensitive to their guests, and they were not even assigned to us so I was very dissatisfied. The lunch that was served to us was very disappointing. Some cabbage with sauce. Coco but soup that had 3 pieces of tiny chicken and pine apple that came in warm. The next part of the tour was advertising as a zoo tour. This wasn't the case at all. We were told to simply walk to the entrance of the zoo and given 15 minutes each at the aquarium site and the big cats site which were both heartbreaking because the cats were too malnourished and had no water, no food, in fact they looked lethargic. I wish the animals were taken cared of but we didn't see not one zoo keeper there. Even the store was closed that the zoo looked abandoned and fishes, turtles, alligator were all in one tank that is way too small and unclean for all of them.
