Full-Day Northern Oregon Coast Tour

by America's Hub World Tours Duration 8h 30m Free cancellation available No booking or credit card fees
per adult Price is $100

Marvel at Oregon's scenic grandeur as you enjoy dramatic views of its coastline. Stops may include Manzanita, Oswald West State Park/Short Sand Beach, Haystack Rock, Cannon Beach, Tillamook Rock Lighthouse/Ecola State Park, and of course, the majestic Pacific Ocean.

The tour begins with a stop at Neahkahnie Point. From this spot you look south for 30 miles! With a huge expanse of ocean before you, this is one of the coast’s best whale watching locations.

Next, we will stop in the town of Manzanita which is a beautiful oceanside city with seven miles of sandy beach and the third most photographed scenery in Oregon.

Short Sand Beach is our next stop. This is a beautifully secluded sandy beach with a 1/4-mile trail leading to breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean.

We will continue north and stop in Cannon Beach. This picturesque small-town village by the sea is easily walkable and you will be able to explore meandering pathways, enjoy public art and courtyards spilling over with flowers.

Next your tour brings you to historic Haystack Rock, a 235-foot-tall basalt monolith that serves as a marine wildlife sanctuary. Teeming with a myriad of aquatic and avian life forms, the Haystack Rock tidal pools shelter sea slugs, starfish, sea anemone, crabs, and limpets.

No visit to Cannon Beach would be complete without visiting Ecola State Park, perched dramatically on the edge of Tillamook Head.

This was a dream trip for me. I was so looking forward to this trip and it didn't disappoint. I have so many memories and pictures of some dream places. Falls, the sea, the river. The mountains! Canon Beach and Haystacks was the the highlight for me! I was on the tour Sunday 4/13/19, and my guide was stellar! I was here for a convention, and probably due to educational brain overload, I am embarrassed that I am blanking on my guides name. But, thanks so much, I will cherish the memories and pictures from the tour forever.

Our tour guide Evan was great! He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and outgoing. Evan provided an overview of the tour prior to leaving the city. The drive to the coast was pleasant and Evan provided interesting information about the areas we passed through along the way. We stopped along the way to take in the magnificent views of the coast and take pictures. Evan provided a wealth of knowledge during the entire tour. You could tell he genuinely loved Oregon and especially the coastal areas. He ensured everyone on the tour was comfortable throughout the day and provided very detailed answers to all of our questions. We had lunch in Cannon Beach. I recommend eating at the Public Coast Brewing company. Great menu, beer, and everyone was very friendly. After lunch, we were taken to Cannon Beach to view Haystack Rock. Then we visited Ecola State Park and Haystack Hill State Park. Both locations were so very beautiful and had fantastic views and access to the beach. Great tour!!
