  • You must be able to walk on uneven sidewalks and streets.

  • You must be able to climb and descend stairs.

  • Tour vehicles are equipped for wheelchair storage. Please submit any special requests at least 48 hours in advance of your reservations.

  • Children 5 and under are complimentary.

  • All tours and cruises depart from our Lighthouse Ticket Office at Toulouse St. and the Mississippi River. We sit directly behind the JAX Brewery, which is located at 600 Decatur St.our ticket office is directly in front of the Steamboat Natchez. We do not offer hotel pick ups.


Cancellation Policy

You can cancel free of charge until 72 hours before your reservation starts. After that time, no cancellations, changes or refunds will be made.
