Description

Explore one of the world's most majestic natural wonders during this tour of the Grand Canyon at sunset, complete with visits to many of the area's local attractions. Comfortable transportation and informative commentary help create an experience you won't forget.

Begin your journey with a scenic trip to the historic Cameron Trading Post, originally built in 1916 and one of the best places to shop for authentic Native souvenirs. Spend some time browsing before departing for the Grand Canyon, catching views of the western edge of the Painted Desert and the Little Colorado River Gorge along the way.

Upon entering the Grand Canyon National Park, enjoy sweeping views of the canyon's rainbow-colored rock formations and the mighty Colorado River at Desert View. Climb up to the top of the Watchtower Observatory and marvel at some of the widest and deepest vistas the Grand Canyon has to offer.

Gaze 14 miles (22.5 km) across the canyon from the South Rim to the North Rim, the only point where you can see both Phantom Ranch and the Kaibab Suspension Bridge. Soon, arrive at the Grand Canyon Village for a complimentary dinner.

Your journey continues as your guide takes you to more breathtaking viewpoints that let you observe the amazing array of colors and lighting that define a sunset at the Grand Canyon. End your experience by watching the sun's vibrant rays bouncing off the canyon's walls before hassle-free transportation back to your hotel.

Great experience at the Canyon! Our tour guide Matt was informative and on time. It was really windy and cold on the day we went and noticed others were in shorts and freezing. People should check the weather and dress appropriately so they have a more enjoyable experience.

We highly recommend this tour! Our tour guide was very informative and and friendly. She made the trip worth it, she knew the right places to stop and all the ins and outs of the Grand Canyon since she has been a guide for 11 years. We think this is the best way to travel into the Canyon as you learn so much and see all the key spots!

Everything about this tour was exceptional: the guide, the itinerary, the guided narration of the area history, and of course the sunset at the Grand Canyon itself. Could not be more pleased. Highly recommend.
