Got cancelled the day before and moved to another location with what appeared to be a different company. We then got to the location the next day only to be notified it had been cancelled again due to poor weather, but only with an hours notice when it took over an hour to get to the place. we were only notified by email and therefore did not realise until we got there. It was again rescheduled for the next day. When we finally participated in the activity, it all felt a bit shady, the guides were smoking drugs and even got stopped by a wildlife agent on arrival back at launch. It did not feel professional at all. Plus, we payed extra for the honey island experience as we were told that was the nicer swamp yet were relocated to the manchac swamp with no refund of the difference in price. Overall would reccomend waiting until arrival in the city before bookling a kayak tour so you can meet the company face to face beforehand.
