The Louvre is an all day tour

We booked with Paris CityVision Agency and Claire our tour guide was amazing! We saw the main attractions like the Mona Lisa, Portraits and sculptors of Leonardo de Vinci as well as the history on many paintings. After the Louvre we rode the Babotus boat as we sailed the river Seine headed for lunch inside the Eiffel Tower. The tour stated a 3 course lunch but when we got there it was listed for a 2 course lunch. You were only able to get a started and a main or a main and a dessert. My partner and I just ordered the opposite so that we ended up with a 3 course meal sharing the starter and dessert. We ordered the roasted chicken with mashed potatoes for the main and the passion fruit mango for dessert was delicious. The creamy chestnut soup with mushroom was our starter. It wasn't bad but ok. The best part eating lunch at the Eiffel was that we say by the window. We were just in awe.. After lunch we headed to the Notre Dame Cathedral however was unable to go to the top because there were closing at a certain time. Once the tour ended we hit the shops and the cafes in the areas. One thing you should know is that the Notre Dame and the Monmarte Cathedrals are free to access. You can ride the river Seine for as low as $13 all day access through the Babotus boat but last ride ends at 7:30pm.
