During this experience customers will have the opportunity to see all the stages of preparation. You will see how the great forms of Parmigiano Reggiano are created, how they are treated by the skilled hands of the cheesemakers and, finally, how they are arranged for aging. Obviously the most anticipated moment is the tasting. Customers can taste at least 2 different ages of Parmigiano Reggiano accompanied DA breadsticks and a good glass of wine. There is also the possibility to buy Parmigiano Reggiano at the shop.
