Description

The tour starts with a pick up from your Hotel/Railway station. After the warm welcome by our representative, you will be driven towards the four largely famous areas of the old city. Reach Bhrampuri, a Brahmin settlement featuring azure blue colored walls, which gave Jodhpur the title of the “the Blue City of India”. Capture the beauty of the surroundings and then set off for the bustling square called Nav Choukiya. Interact with the locals and get an insight into their day to day lifestyle. The Ghanshyam ji ka Mandir is the next stop where you can offer prayers before Lord Krishna. Next, you will head towards the famous Clock Tower, a century-old landmark surrounded by a bustling market. Here you can relish some local specialties like mawe ki kachori and makhaniya lassi, a must try. Then, set off for the Mehrangarh Fort, one of the largest forts in India built by Rao Jodha in 1460.The fort features seven gates, thick imposing walls, several palaces, expansive courtyards, and a well-stocked museum. After the tour completion, you will be dropped back at your hotel/railway station in a private vehicle.
