The tour guide was late, ended early, had a very soft voice, a non-energetic manner, and spoke mostly to the adults (3) and not the older children (3). The extra payment for the taxi to get where he wanted us to go, was also annoying. When we asked our teens what they liked most about the tour, they said that it was 'over'. One child is currently studying the history of the constitution in school and came away from the tour with almost nothing. Even though all six members of the tour were introduced to the guide, our names were never mentioned. Very, very disappointing tour. It was a total waste of money. We got more out of the historical Philadelphia by doing our own touring.
