Discover Vienna's most visited attractions on a tour that takes you to the opulent imperial residence at Schönbrunn Palace, the former summer home of the Habsburg monarchs. Explore the magnificent palace and the stunning buildings that line the city's Ringstrasse, including the State Opera House and Museum of Fine Arts.

Starting in central Vienna, ride past some of the most significant landmarks in the Austrian capital. Pass by the grand buildings along the Ringstrasse, a circular boulevard that loops around the historic city center. Travel to the world-famous State Opera—one of Europe's busiest—and see the stunning architecture of the Museum of Fine Arts, which houses a huge array of treasures from the Habsburg family.

From there, travel to the Schönbrunn Palace, where you can walk through the lavishly furnished and ornately decorated rooms of this Baroque estate. Once the summer residence of Austria's emperors and the home of Maria Theresa—last of the Hapsburgs, the palace transports you back to the days of Imperial Austria.

Then, make your way to the Belvedere Palace, where you can choose to head inside to view world's largest and most comprehensive collection of works by Gustav Klimt. Alternatively, spend some time strolling around the area before the tour concludes with a ride back to the State Opera.

Schoenbrunn part of your was very good

However, the rest of the tour was too sketchy. Had lots of time free after Schornbrunn tour but before bus departed. Time could have been better spent. Did like ending at Belvedere.

The only stop is the palace

The guide was excellent. The city tour is in the bus. No pictures inside the palace. Drop off points are at Belvedere or the Opera. You are given a coupon for discounted tickets if you are dropped at the Belvedere.
