Description

During this small-group evening experience, get a real taste of Italian cooking as you learn how to make your own pasta from scratch with the help of a local chef. Based in the chef's studio in central Rome, drink wine as you learn the secret to great Italian food.

The evening starts with some prosecco, canapés, and wine on a beautiful terrace in central Rome. Get to know your small group of 14 people and chat with your chef for the evening before you roll up your sleeves and put on your apron.

Learn to make pasta from scratch—including forming the dough, rolling, cutting, and shaping it. Sip more wine as your chef teaches you how to make traditional Roman pasta sauce, such as amatriciana, and how to cook homemade pasta al dente. The little tricks make all the difference in Italian cooking.

Later, finish your evening back on the terrace and enjoy your own creations along with some more wine and dessert the chef prepared for you. With a small group of 14 people or fewer, your experience is intimate and relaxed—and best of all, you are able to recreate a delicious meal when you get home.

One of the best experiences of my life. Beautiful location, amazing chef's leading the class, so much fun! A great way to meet people. They kept the presecco flowing the entire meal. I could have enough about this class! I cried during it because I was just so happy with the experience. We've done a lot this trip and this class has been our favorite.

We never made it to the posts class we got a bad Taxi driver that charged us 2 times the price and dropped us in the wrong place. It took us longer to reach the redemption place and we were 6 minutes late. We got their and there was bunches of people around the statue and could not find our tour so we assumed we were to late and they wouldn’t Waite. There was several groups but no one acted as though they were our tour for posts class. We watched all of them walk away. So we guess ours had left before we arrive. We were surprised because we’ve done several tours and they have all waited on late people’s for 15 minuets. But I guess not this one and we were the ones that was 6 minutes late. Wish we could have done the classes but that’s life.

Excellent. The instructors were so knowledgeable and personable. The facilities were clean and the dinning area inviting. We were fortunate to also have a great group which made it a lot of fun. Definitely recommend
