Explore the stunning volcanic island of Jeju in a single day on this guided coach tour. Drive past the Mysterious Road, trek the gorgeous Eoseungsaengak Trail, enjoy a traditional Korean lunch, and see the awe-inspiring cliffs at Jusangjeolli.

After your morning pickup, travel in your luxury coach to the Mysterious Road, also known as Dokkaebi Road, and experience the strangeness of the area as you roll steadily uphill. Then, if weather permits, make your way to Eoseungsaengak Trail. Stroll along the track, and, as you reach the peak, see the remains of the military facilities used by the Japanese during the occupation of Korea. Alternatively, head to the Glass Castle, the nation’s first glass museum, which boasts modern glass works from around the world, including Italy, Japan, and the Czech Republic.

Break for a delicious Korean lunch before you head to the majestic Jeonbang Waterfall. Take in the magnificent views of the white stream cascading over the rocky outcrops. Steep cliffs and ancient pine trees surround you as you sip on your complimentary cafè Americano at the nearby coffee shop.

Continue your tour at Yakcheon temple, where you can see the giant Buddhist temple bell in the main hall and wonder at the huge Buddha statue, the largest of its kind in the nation. Before your coach brings you back to your hotel, witness the breathtaking Jusangjeolli cliff—made up of lava-formed stone pillars that are shaped in cubes or hexagons of various sizes piling up along the coast.

Location pickup was on time! However, some locations were a bit rushed. The Alive Museum was surprisingly fun! This tour involves a lot of hiking/walking up and down the stairs so it might not be a good fit for people who has a hard time with such activities. The lunch was great, however I wish there were more options besides bibimbap and abalone soup. Few things that can be improved on, maybe offer snacks on the bus, or free water for the hike. The bus does offer bottled water for W1,000 but we only saw it when we were done hiking the mountain. Overall, I think the money was worth the trip. 🙂

A wonderful trip, very worthy! Many interesting points, good food, friendly staff. You won’t get a lot of information of the places you’ll visit, but you can ask the staff and they are happy to help and provide more information if you want Jeju public transportation is not very convenient and taxis are expensive, so taking a tour is in my personal opinion, the best way to travel within the island The tourist guide that gave this tour was very experienced and help us find the best views in every place!!

Cristina was very energetic and full of life. She enjoys the job as a tour guide. Recommend her any day. Great tour with Cristina for the south and east coast. Heather was a great tour guide for the West coast.
