I booked on advance for 6 people, my daughter sprained her ankle hiking that day and was unable to walk even to the hotel lobby let alone on an hour long walking tour. My son stayed at the hotel with her to keep her company. The remaining four of us attended the tour, but the company refused to refund the cost of thieir 2 tickets. Also, the guide was sweet but seemed nervous and inexperienced. Her presentation was awkward and less inspiring than other tours I’ve been on.
