  • This activity is wheelchair accessible only to the main deck, where food, bar service, and restrooms are located.

  • Check-in is 30–60 minutes prior to the booked cruise start time.

  • Children under 5 and under are complimentary for the cruise only. Children under 2 are complimentary for the cruise and dining option.

  • All tours and cruises depart from our Lighthouse Ticket Office at Toulouse St. and the Mississippi River. We sit directly behind the JAX Brewery, which is located at 600 Decatur St.our ticket office is directly in front of the Steamboat Natchez. We do not offer hotel pick ups.


Cancellation Policy

You can cancel free of charge until 72 hours before your reservation starts. After that time, no cancellations, changes or refunds will be made.
