The redemption of the pass is confusing. You have to get your passcard from one of the hop on hop off bus employees that are parked around independence mall area. The pass is awesome though. Time and money saver.

Guides were very friendly. professional and knowledgeable. Some technical problems with the microphone/sound system but the guide compensated nicely. The upper deeck is not enclosed making it challenging to sit up there during colder months.

It was ok, the bus times are good, they run ever 15mins but there is only 1 ticket collection point which was an Uber ride away! We brought the 3 attractions pass and planned on using 2 of the attractions on 2 bus rides on different days, apparently we can’t do this and to have a second days bus travel we would need to upgrade. This made us change our plans and now have a spare attraction pass we don’t need! The lady at the one and only ticket point even said it’s not advertised properly but couldn’t care less! The a plus note Warren the tour guide and Tony the driver where very funny! At times I did feel we were missing out on learning about history as they were to busy saying hi to people on the street!
