If you have never done this before this would be

a great way to start. My family was a bit disappointed only because we have done this activity several times and I think they like the ones that are extreme. I did love the fact that they will offer to hold your camera and take your pictures. They took great pictures of my family. I've never had that experience before so this is something I really appreciated. I do need to add that our bus tour guide by the name of Seon was AWESOME!!! He explained so much about the history, the landscape and the agriculture of the island. He even stopped and bought mangos for all of us on the bus to try. I must say the mango was very sweet. Two thumbs up for Seon.

No communication whatsoever on pickup time

They never emailed me to say they would be picking us up TWO hours before the excursion time, so we missed the excursion. Meanwhile, we met at the pickup location at the pre-listed time for the excursion, since never hearing anything else, only to find everything out when the local tour information booth at the port called the tour company for us. I did not have phone or email to check in with the company since the excursion was booked for a date in the MIDDLE of our island hopping cruise, so I don't see how they expected ME to contact them for a pickup time. I communicated my ship name, port, and dock time to the company over a MONTH in advance, they had all that time to email me a pick-up time if it was going to be different than the start time. All five of our OTHER island excursion companies specified WELL in advance if there was a SEPARATE pick-up time versus the start time confirmed for the excursion- in most cases, the excursion start time was the same as the pick-up time, but the ones that were not the same, emailed me to tell me how many minutes prior we needed to be at the meeting point. After confirming the excursion in February, the company did not bother to email me again until the day of the excursion March 22nd to say how long they waited at the meeting location when I wasn't there (two hours prior to only time I was given). I will NEVER use this company again for excursions, and will stick to the excursion companies that were more efficient and communicate in advance with pick-up times! Now I'm just waiting for my refund.
