The best part by far was there were only 6 people on this tour which is their normal number apparently. I had expected many more. We tasted, we sampled and we had fun. Satoko was a great guide, knew the area and was able to answer all questions. I was not a lover of raw fish but I heading for conversion after some of the freshest fish and sushi I have ever had. The market is in a small area and we circled around it multiple times, waiting as different stalls and places opened. I would heartily recommend this tour and I hope you get Satoko as your guide.

The outer Fish Market Tour was amazing. Yoshika took us to various vendors and explained the goods and products available for sale. She explained what items were and how to use them, like cooking ingredients and spices. Yoshika gave us much insight into Japanese customs and culture. We felt very lucky to have her as our guide tour. If you get a chance to take the tour, request Yoshika, and you will come away with so much appreciation for Japanese living. The Tsukiji Outer Fish Market Food Tour was well worth the money!
