What you can expect
Relive the devastating events of December 7, 1941 during a virtual reality experience at Pearl Harbor. Don a VR headset and pay homage to the service members who fought to defend their homeland against a surprise World War II airstrike aboard the USS Arizona in Honolulu.
Your tour begins at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center, where you immerse yourself in the official virtual reality journey. The experience begins with a look at the USS Arizona prior to the siege. Walk the main deck of the USS Arizona and meet a few of the sailors aboard the battleship, which was stationed in Pearl Harbor since 1940 to act as a deterrent to Imperial Japan.
After touring the deck of the ship, witness the attack on Battleship Row from where the visitor center stands today. See where the 8 battleships were housed and discover how the onslaught managed to catch the entire Pacific Fleet by surprise.
In the final phase of your tour, venture aboard the USS Arizona Memorial itself and access rooms that are typically closed to the public for an intimate look at the site and an opportunity to pay your respects to those who lost their lives defending the United States.
