  • Children 12 and younger are not allowed.

  • If you have back, neck, or muscular problems, you should carefully consider whether to participate.

  • If you have limited mobility, you should not take part.

  • You must be able to swim on your own.

  • You do not need previous surfing experience.

  • Flotation devices are available.
