The glow worm cave experience was well run and seeing the glow worms was an unique experience. The mineral spa visit was quite nice and also, well run. The gift shop had a large selection of quality items. Our visit to the cultural center was informative and well run. The gift shop was very nice with a lot of choices to buy souvenirs. I guess I like to shop! Overall a very good day. Our bus driver, Ben, was pleasant and fun. He provided us with a lot of local information on the drive to sites. It was al long day but considering all that was covered, well worth time spent.

This is a review of the operator rather than the tour because we could not go on the tour. On one hand, once we booked it (one day in advance), expedia showed it as confirmed, ticketing, no need to call (but the text deeper in the itinerary said we had to call). On the other hand when we went to the operators office on the day, they refused to honor this voucher, since it was too late and they were full up. We had called the operator the day before but they were not helpful. All in all we lost 50$ in currency conversion of payment + refund, and we lost the chance to go on such a tour on the last day of our trip. TLDR: Book early risk being dragged around and then cancelled on.
