The tour was in three parts at separate times. The tours of the Galleria dell’Accademia and Uffizi Gallery was great. Didn’t do the walking tour because I could not find/see or know if I was given wrong instructions for meeting up for walking tour - showed up on and waited but did not see representative. It is really hard to see tour representatives when there are large crowds of people.

Instructions as to the structure of the tour were minimal. We were lead to believe that we had a 4 hour 20 min consecutive tour starting at 10:30 am at L'Accademia and had planned the rest of our day accordingly. But we found out when we arrived that we had a break of several hours in between venues. The walking part of the tour was disappointing and pointless.
