It is an intense workout. There is a lot of hiking in between ziplines. We however still had a blast. Everyone was very friendly.

This was not the zip line adventure that we had originally booked through Expedia. Prior to going on our trip we confirmed our activities and pick up times from our resort. For this zip line activity we were told that we had to arrange the pick up time once we got to our resort with an Expedia representative. After much run around with the representative they confirmed us with another zip line tour that was not the one we originally had selected. After a very difficult time communicating with the representative we were given a pick up time from the resort but they had booked us into a different zip line then the one I had originally selected. The zip line tour that we were sent on was absolutely horrible. We had been zip lining and many times before and had wonderful experiences. This was an awful experience. The zip lines did not seem very safe and it was a very difficult course to get around. We had to hike long distances through the canyon with very little guidance. The overall experience was horrible and we would never recommend it to anybody else. Instead of being in a group of eight or so people like we have experienced in the past with our zip line tours, we were grouped with about 30 people. So a lot of what we did was stand in the hot sun and wait for our turn. About half of the time people got stuck on the zip lines because they didn't make it to the end. This was very unfortunate and not very easy to climb back up the cable. The guys were not very helpful and people are very disappointed we paid a lot of money for this activity and we regret having gone on it at all. I am very disappointed with Expedia and the service provided as we have booked excursions and activities and travel arrangements through Expedia for a long time. But to have somebody switch out the activity that we had booked is not acceptable. I have done a lot of research into using all of our travel arrangements and I don't think it's right to be taken advantage of like that. I will definitely think twice before booking any more activities through Expedia since it seems like the representatives are selling our bookings to other companies for their own benefit.very disappointing

This excursion is very physical & requires stamina in order to make it through all 8 zip's & should say same in the description.
