"The person at the customer service when we checked in. He checked us early probably knowing that we were very tired and sleepy after a long flight. Most of all he personally came to inform us in the lobby when the room was ready. He also helped us get a taxi. God bless him."

Within walking distance of museums. Reception ladies really helpful and pleasant and good English. Amazing breakfast and free (!) extras [hot and cold beverages, snacks, cookies]. Room had a balcony and was fun to people watch but it also had very effective shutters to block noise. "

"Great location. The room was clean and small and basic as the per to the photos. Be advised this is not a modern property. Our bathroom was dated. The window looked into a very small interior court yard and other peoples accommodations so it need to be remain closed. We had to cross the street to another building to access the room. Location location location! I thought overall it was not good value!!"

"My hubby and I were so pleasantly surprised by this place! We were only in Madrid for a few hours so went for something low priced and convenient in location (arriving by Renfe at Atosca and leaving by plane at Madrid Barajas and walkable to Plaza Mayor & Mercado de San Miguel & San Gines Chocolate). The room was much nicer and bigger than expected. It was nice having an elevator to bring bags up the stairs. The bathroom and shower was also clean. It got a little noisy outside on a Friday...
