“Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!”

“My son and I stayed there for at least 2 weeks. I'm in a wheelchair and the staff, ALL, of the staff were awesome! I needed to check in early because I have 2 cats. When I went to the room, it was way too far for me to wheel myself down the hall. The gentleman said he has a handicapped room available. It would cost a little more because my son needed his own bed, and the handicapped rooms were only pne bed. l That room was AMAZING! Then, when I needed help, they were ready to help anytime I……

“1. nearly closed to where I want to go during my visit. 2. Local transportation is quite convenient around the hotel 3. Didn’t have room cleaning everyday even I did the requested 4. Need to improve the variety of breakfast . 5 need to ask for towel changing and tooth brush and tooth paste every time. 6. No free bottle of water. ”

“We usually love this hotel and stay here every year for Red Rocks but this year there were large chip pieces/crumbs in between the sheets of our bed.”

“It is close to the airport and it provides free shuttle bus service. But the hotel is very old and it is noisy that you can hear the voice from the next room.”
