"I liked everything about the Jardin hotel , a small hotel but big hospitality , every person at the desk was friendly and always with a smile . I stayed in the hotel in 2023 and again in 2024 and both times always welcomed and comfortable and when i return to cancun again in 2025 , i will stay at the Jardin hotel , as mentioned it is small so they serve breakfast or orther things like that but where they are located everything is within a short walking distance . Decent people with a good hotel...

"Pretty great place to stay! The night guard Adrian, is a sweetheart and the place is very well kept. If you plan on doing a lot of activities, this is a great place to come back and rest! It’s no resort but it was very cozy, clean and modern. Only ick is that they don’t offer late checkout. You can stay in the installations but you need to give the room back. I recommend to plan ahead regarding that aspect. Great spot over all! "

I found a call box on the building at the address provided but it either didn’t work or no one was there to answer it. No signs at all on the building or anywhere near it. "The room was clean and most things were fine (hot water not consistent and wrong wifi password given in the room though) and Ana was nice, but overall our check-in was difficult. The neighborhood seemed unsafe to arrive to at night and no one was there to let us in when we arrived (we only got in thanks to another traveler). Apparently Ana was supposed to come meet us at the time of our arrival, but we were never asked beforehand for that information and didn't know there would be no reception....
