"The property is beautiful and most of the staff is wonderful however, the rooms are warm the reasoning I was given was because the air conditioner was apparently effected by the drywall dust when the hotel was built and also I called before hand to make sure we would have adequate transportation to and from the beach the staff then acted as if this was more of a bother and then we were eventually told they would only pick up and drop off every hour on the hour.
