“very good service ,quiet room with large bed. good choice”

“酒店一共四层，我住在四楼靠马路这边，会有货柜车经过，虽然隔音玻璃很不错还是可以听见。房间设施还行，两个都是1.5米大床，只提供洗发沐浴产品，其他需自备。值得一提的是，连续三晚被不知名虫子叮咬，后来换了床垫及床上用品，但是痒了好多天，还有我的数据线坏了，没法充电，去服务台借也借不到，急死人，在就是早餐每天都一样简单的几样，我连吃了八天，快吐了，酒店没有中餐和午餐，要出去很远吃饭。”

“The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been more protein options at breakfast. Peanut butter was the only offering. ”

“Hotel was clean, halls well lite, room was a good size for 4 people. Pool looked inviting. Housekeeping very accommodating I asked for extra towels and they were brought to my room within 5 minutes. ”

“The rooms have been redone. They look great, pretty clean. Only downside was the very low water pressure in the shower. My only complaint ”

“Overall the stay was good. However, the bathroom clearly wasnt cleaned properly because there was urine when you lifted the toilet seat and there was dirt under the vanity area. Also there was no coffee pot in the room and the mini kitchen had no utensils/plates/cups etc”

“very bad service.the hotel staff totally forget to give us receipt when we check out , after we back to back to Asia , we tried to phoned them many times but didn't get any document by far. even worse , the reception lady name-Kelly hung up the call , and not listening to our request and complain , i won't choose such hotel again !!!”

“這次專程去Longwood gardens,離這家飯店非常近。飯店非常漂亮乾淨，晚上睡覺好安靜。但很可惜房間內沒提供咖啡機，也沒有熱水可喝，飯店把暖氣關掉晚上睡到冷醒，第二天才跟他們要台手提式的小暖爐才比較能睡。早餐很簡單，但用餐環境很美，服務人員可以再熱情點。”

“They just remodeled their lobby and rooms, very modern and cozy, clean and comfortable. They environment is friendly as well, CVS and lots of restaurants near by. Also Whole Foods, Macy’s and shopping mall near around, all walkable distance! I like this hotel a lot!!”
