“We were well taken care of, and our request for room location was accommodated! We've stayed at this location a few times before, so we knew what to expect as far as amenities go and such. There are no microwaves in the rooms, but there is a communal one in the lobby. Mini fridge and coffee maker in every room. My only real complaint was the inability to black out the very bright lights outside our room. We tried to make do, but it made for restless nights, as at any given moment in the night,……

“2024/5 arrived Ont airport. I thought the free shuttle is at every 20 min. But it is not, we have to call hotel to get pick up. And the oversee telephone call is expensive, … it is not good for foreigners. ”

“This isn’t the fanciest hotel but what it lacks in amenities it makes for with a stellar location literally across the street from Disneyland and has a free breakfast that is decent but could be better. Staff was friendly and the room was clean, it could be more comfortable but overall it wasn’t a fancy place but got the job done well.”

“优点：连锁品牌酒店，整体都很有保证。停车免费且方便。提供冰箱、微波炉、餐桌椅。提供免费早餐，标准的美式早餐，可以自己做华夫饼，选择的品种数量还可以（水果、面包、蛋糕、华夫饼、牛奶、咖啡、果汁、麦片圈等）。 缺点：房间略小，如果3到4人的话，有些拥挤。靠近道路边，紧邻有个加油站，晚上有点吵闹。”

“My partner and I booked our stay at the Tropicana last minute and were hopeful because of the reviews. Overall the staff were very kind, the room at first look was very clean but I couldn’t help but notice areas like the bathroom tub were still dirty with lose hairs here and there. Also the appliances weren’t dusted and I found some random beads on the ground. Most of the towels also had dark / black stains on them evens though they’d been wash I’m assuming. I’d say about 4.2/5 stars you can’t……
