"Conenient location within walking distance of Centraal Station, restaurants and trams/metro. Property itself was clean and room was comfortable, though a room facing street was noisy at night. Housekeeping staff was terrific. Front desk staff ranged from helpful to completely indifferent to absent for 15 minutes with no sign regarding return."

"Great location not far from central station and with a tram stop round the corner. Perfect for travelling solo The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress topper kept moving and sliding off which was a pain. The internet and tv kept stalling in the room Very noisy as faced into the Main Street but to be expected from the location. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful - sorting out a taxi for me as well as recommending places to visit. They made it a great stay. "

"Very convenient to many things, especially restaurants and tours. If you have big/heavy luggage, be ready for the very steep and narrow steps."

"Close to Central station yet in a pretty quiet area. Breakfast buffet is optional. Staff is friendly. I was surprised there was no option for people to be more eco-friendly and not have the towels replaced every day. Not a complaint, just a suggestion that it could be an option. Steep stairs in room could be hard on some. Good price for location. "
