“This is a nice older Holiday Inn that was remodeled, but still an older design. I actually got locked out on the patio and had to wait for my wife to see me because of the design of the lock. Great view of the Mississippi River. Complementary breakfast in the morning was nice. ”

“It was comfortable, safe location and mostly clean. There was something gross in the tub that either didn’t get washed down or the drain backed up and deposited stuff. Otherwise the room and bed was clean. And I’m a picky person when it comes to “clean”. There were two bags of trash in the hall next to the elevator on our floor. Didn’t think too much about that until they were still there the next morning. Gross! Breakfast was really nice with a wide variety of hot and cold food. The……

“My family really enjoyed our stay. The setting of the town and hotel/bed and breakfast was so fun. It takes you back a little for sure. The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed exploring the town. There are no tvs in the rooms so it forced the kids and us to explore. We found the fun museums and businesses around as well as the park at the school. We chose to drive about 6 miles to Arrow Rock for supper and ate at Catalpa. We would definitely eat at Catalpa again. The next morning we……
