“Dishes in the cupboards were dirty, The Bathroom needs desperate repair or attention. Shower curtain was starting to mold, mirror above sink was warping badly, Under the tub the support was soft and unstable. The manager of the property’s was out. they said She was in the hospital. No other person available to address issues.”

“Quiet And spacious. Didnt expect it to be hot, even with ceiling fans, air did not circulate well. Otherwise we enjoyed it.”

“Turtle bay was beautiful as always. Condo suffered. Carpet in bedroom smells and needs to be replaced. Dirt marks on refrigerator. Screen to lanai was broken, wheels need to be replaced. Furniture on lanai was rusty. Wasnt looking for a stocked kitchen but there was zero in the way of salt, pepper, any spices.not used to that. ”

“This unit was less than average. We were very disappointed to hear that this property would not provide us an extra roll of toilet paper and paper towel. After spending over $2,000 to stay here, we would expect to see an extra roll under the sink or even provided to us after calling the front office or management. Instead we were told that "the property only provides a starter kit." Being that this is a condo, we do cook meals here and treat this place as a home, so one would expect to see at……

“The condo was a great place for my children and I to stay at during our vacation. The kitchen had the basic items we needed to be able to make meals in, which really helped with the expensive prices in Hawaii. It was nice to be able to sit out on the lanai and have coffee in the morning, or to sit and enjoy the sunset. There were a couple beach chairs and a few towels kept at the condo, which were greatly appreciated. The condo is within walking distance to the beach, and close to the……

“We had a longer stay in this condo and enjoyed the location as well as the area shared swimming pool. However, upon late arrival we tried to get in contact with anyone who could help us get thru the gate at 6pm on a Saturday evening.. we got an email response two days after we arrived.. The shower did not work downstairs, so we followed the instructions and emailed without any response... Part from the service, everything was great, front door got a code lock that was very useful and part……
