“When we just got into the room we saw 3 flies in the room. The floors carpet was really sticky. On the second day, after the room cleaning service everything felt wet, at night we could clearly hear our next room neighbors conversation. It sounded like they were next to me. The service in the lobby was perfect.”

“This trip was a celebration of two birthdays and the end of the school year. It was our second time staying at this hotel, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The pool was clean and definitely the highlight of the trip. We enjoyed the additional amenities since our last visit. Nonnaroni’s Pizza and Scoops Ice Cream were the perfect treats for my son’s birthday, which were both very affordable for our family of 6. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and were excited to come……

“The Inn on the River. We made this reservation well in advance. We absolutely loved our experience at The Inn. When we checked in the staff was amazing. They provided a nice gift to our daughter and the hospitality was fantastic. We liked the proximity to other venues in Pigeon Forge (be patient with traffic). They have two pools at the location (one inside and one outside). We enjoyed the indoor pool the first night (did not go back after as our child did not have googles and the chlorine was……

“We loved the view and the game outside! We didn’t like that the area smelled like poop/ trash. Outside the building there was black organic growth. It was well kept (landscaping and organized) overall considering the age of the property. The welcoming crew at check in could use some help. Destiny seemed really bothered with the questions we had and would say “I’ll tell you later, let’s get through this. I’ll tell you later.” Then at check in proceeded to say “just read the paper.” That’s not a……
