“I stayed at the hotel for 4 days, Lisa at the front desk was great, upon check in I was told breakfast was served until 10am, however when I went to breakfast the next morning at 9am the food was basically gone, asked the restaurant staff and was told there was no more food, I checked my watch again and yes it was 9am!”

“Rooms were hugeee and beautiful. Area was convenient and would consider staying here again. Downside - Someone threw up in and near the elevator, the smell traveled down the hall. No one actually cleaned it and try to eliminate the odor till the next morning”

“It's one mile down the road from Foxwoods, so its super convenient. Everything is in pretty good shape, considering how busy it is. Some of the staff could be a little warmer and inviting. Maybe it's a Connecticut thing?”

“We stayed at the Soundview montauk for Memorial Day weekend and I was so pleasantly surprised by the cuteness of the room, the CLEANLINESS, the kind front office lady who let us store our luggage behind the desk for the day, the ocean views, the simplicity yet effectiveness. Our room was simple but had cute decor and a little kitchen. Really perfect for what we needed. I’ll stay here again this summer 😊”

“Very relaxing and conveniently located. Only critical suggestion was to have lights in the back road sign for the hotel. That back road was dark and I went past your hotel sign and had to turn back. Hopefully there is a way to put some lights there. I’ll be back for a stay in the future. Keep up the terrific hospitality! Thank you, Dr. Chen”

“The Captain Stannard house is a true gem in Westbrook. There are many restaurants, shops, parks, and beaches close by. The property has a private yard and a large rear porch for relaxation. My room was impeccably clean and spacious for being the smallest one in the house. Dianne was incredibly sweet and went out of her way to help all the guests. ”
