“My Room didn’t have hot water, the maid never left towels in the room, I had to asked for them, The pool w wasn’t accessible, it was dirty, Our beds were never made unless we ask, and they didn’t clean the bathroom every day. But the staff deserves all 5 stars, they were excellent and the Manger Brian went out his way for me and my friends, 5 stars for the Manager.”

“We booked this hotel the very first time we sent to Charleston in 2021. I made sure that I booked the same hotel again for this pleasure trip. I really love the European style of the rooms as well as the location. The staff was great!”

“The shower in the bed were great. The grounds were unkept and not very clean. The price was reasonable.”

“Hotel is beautiful with great amenities and beautiful furnishings. However the chairs in the dining and bar area need to be reupholstered. The arms are all worn and the favric is dirty or damaged.”

“I thought the hotel was great. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. I will say the same thing about every hotel though, bigger trash cans lol. Yes we knew they we remodeling and yes we know everywhere is not going to be perfect. But some reviews I have read seem completely unnecessary. I would definitely stay there again. ”

“The property is brand new, you could still smell the paint! The suite itself was gorgeous, more than I expected. However, our stay had a lot of obnoxious other tenants. I was woke up each night around 3-5am with the screaming and paper walls. It was disappointing because the room and location were great. Don’t recommend for families. ”
