"This hotel was in a great location. Easy walkability to Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame, the Riverfront and Ascend Amphitheater, where we saw Lainey Wilson. The breakfast and Manager’s reception every evening were excellent. You literally don’t have to eat dinner out when they offer so much free food at the hotel. "

"Check in was quick and easy. They even had room ready much earlier than official check in time. They will valet park your car and hold your luggage if a room isn’t available. Then you can enjoy the city while you wait. Rooms were quiet and beds were comfy. "

"Front desk staff was great during my 15 night stay. My room on the other hand was really bad and the housekeeping service was bad as well. My room had a TV that half the channels worked, the shower barely had any water coming out of it, the A/C / heater was broken and it took about 30 – 40 minutes for water to come out. I complained about 8 nights into my stay because of all the broken items and the lack of housekeeping service that never showed up… so my trash cans were over flowing and the...

"There was a dead bird that was outside our window that was decomposing. I told the front desk and said it couldn’t be reached. However the area it was was a walkway the width of half a sidewalk. The staff was excellent! The only other thing would be if they could replenish coffee supplies. "

"Very nice hotel right off the interstate. A lot of restaurants are close by and the drive to Nashville, while not really close, is still convenient. The cost alone is worth it."

"The hotel was perfect for our family, only complaint is that the staff at the front desk were not very helpful and rude. 2 employees were on their phones sitting behind the desk and neither bothered to even look up as I was standing at the front desk. Even after I politely let them know I was there they barely spoke and just acted miffed I was there. I had to ask all the pertinent questions to know where our room was, elevator, where to park etc. It turned me off to the hotel immediately. Need...
