“Overall the resort was clean our room was clean though I did notice a few spots on the carpet which will probably be addressed later. We really enjoyed the onsite amenities and activities! Loved how close the beach was to the resort!”

“Rooms are clean, breakfast buffet has a good variety with two omelets stations. Staff are friendly at the restaurant and bar. Front desk were not too helpful when the Valet parking refused to take our car, they claimed that they are at full capacity. The hotel has no parking on the premises, they asked us to go to other hotel 2 blocks away and park there. I don’t expect to do this when I check in and I never heard of that before! ”

“Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The lobby scent is refreshing. Beach access, restaurants, and shopping were convenient. However, on this trip, I was put in a not-so-desirable room. The room was outside the conference rooms, just above the lobby. We heard loud conversations and laughter late in the night. There was a dog barking on our floor. In addition, the room did not have a good view and shared space with a conference room, but it was spacious. The sign and tall trees blocked the view. Such a……

“This is such a charming property!!! Located right on Espanola way. One block from the beach. Check in was so easy!! We were a large group, arrived early and greeted by Lisa, one of our rooms was not ready for an early check in but Lisa took care it so quickly and professionally! She was able to get into us all into our rooms so quickly and comfortably!! Very friendly and charming staff all around!! We will definitely be returning for another stay ”
