When we checked out, I turned in our room keys. Went to leave and was charged another $38. I tried to show we were charged. The attendant said you have to turn your keys in at the garage. Ok fine, but couldn't this just be communicated? Other than that, everything was oerfect."

"This is a nice Hotel in a good area. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. We visited the Masonic Temple and Love Park as well as a huge, outdoor fine arts show at Rittenhouse Swuare. The staff were friendly and efficient and the property is clean and well kept. It would be well advised to book parking in advance if you don’t plan to use the hotel valet parking. We would absolutely stay here again."
