“除了酒店房间偏小，烧热水的设备要专门向酒店要以外，其他方面都颇好。 房间整洁，早餐在欧洲来说也算不错，酒店员工也乐意提供帮助。 ”

“一間好飯店、只是最近附近大規模修路，如果有再和家人去馬德里，仍會選擇這間住宿。”

“1）图片與實際房型不符合 2）房間裏未開的紅酒不見，我曾要求服務人員隔日送回，仍然未送回，飯店主管知曉後也有要求他們再次送回，但是服務人員仍然不理會，経我又反應，主管單位才知曉，雖然後耒有處理，但是五星飯店有如此怠慢的態度，顕然管理有問題。 3）最後一天飯店主管給予3:00PM late check out的優惠，但是當日櫃枱人員仍然打電話要求立即退房，原因是有人已經要搬入，距離飯店主管給的時間還有二小時.....。 這個五星級酒店應該多降二級。 ”

“Beautiful hotel!! We were so impressed by the staff, by how clean, beautiful, and inviting the space was. It was truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Our room was clean, spacious, super comfortable. Shower was amazing!! Staff were super helpful. And the location was central to everything: always a 5-10 min walk to all major sites. We will definitely return here if we visit Madrid again.”

“I stay here for three nights. The first thing is they told me that they need to down grade my booking due to my booked room has some problem. They compensated me with free breakfast and airport transportation- it's good. The door man is also very kind and helpful. But, the reception is not that friendly and not proactively responsed my request. I asked them to give me an adaptor and they didn't inform me if they didn't have any available. Regarding the room, the decoration is chic but some……
