“The hotel staff are friendly and attentive but the hotel is getting a bit old. Restaurants inside the hotel are not outstanding but the best thing about this hotel is its location - many good restaurants, coffee shops, tourist attractions and souvenirs shops are within walking distance.”

All staff are very nice and helpful, we must say thank you especially to a manager of Halo restaurant (we forgot to ask for her name). She is a very nice, many thanks for her arrangement on our breakfast time on the check out day. We are definitely will visit Dublin and stay in this hotel again. Super recommend to stay in this hotel.”

“This place was awesome until the showers stopped working. The owner/manager of the property seemed like it wasn't a big deal. Cleaning service showed up at 9:45am and ran us out. Boooooo.”

“Our stay at Sweet Inn - Ballsbridge Dublin was horrible: My daughter referred to it as the house of nightmares come true. All three kids refused to sleep alone in any of the bedrooms because they were so creeped out. The property was described as a 5 star accomodation. However, it has felt like a 3 star poorly maintained airbnb house that has been let for a long time and not been refreshed in a long time. - the doonas and pillows are old and oily and sweaty smelling. They need to be replaced……
