"The little cottage was comfortably set up. But the area in which we were in was a bit sketchy. My husband went out a couple times, to check on walking travelers, trying to get in fence."

"A little quirky (read the brochure about how it was lumberjack housing and survived the earthquake of 1964) but has everything you need for one or two people. Really enjoyed my stay. :) Great location -- Jackie's Place is great for breakfast just a couple blocks away. Spenard Roadhouse, Bear Tooth, and Chilkoot Charlie's also easy walking distance. When I was there in May there was even a Farmer's Market nearby on Saturday. Hope to stay here again!"

"Mermaid Cottage is a lovely cottage in Homer. immaculately clean, great location easy walk to a few great restaurants, a wonderful gallery and the beach. We had a great stay even able to cook our freshly caught halibut on the provided grill. I highly recommend Connie’s please if you stay in Homer."

"Beautiful cottages with everything you need to be comfortable. I didn’t realize all the other adventure tours at this property, 4 wheelers, helicopter tours. Had I known I may have done that but had too much planned to make time. If in the area again would no doubt come back!"

"The cabin was cozy and welcoming. Even with the other cabins near by, we never heard other guest. The property was completely fenced in other than the entrance which was nice to be able to take our dog out and sit by the fire pit area. (We didn’t have a fire, but they had everything you would need In order to). Will definitely stay again."

"We arrived to some freshly baked muffins and cookies, which was very thoughtful. The home is well stocked with many kitchen necessities, like butter, eggs, bread and most types of spices. The owners obviously take pride in the property and enjoy making it creative and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay."

"My husband and I came for business to photograph an elopement, and found this to be the perfect space for us to both work and relax. It was so cute and clean, with unmatched views of the mountains and hospitality from our hosts! We were worried about meals due to the snow and icy roads, but our host provided some snacks and supplies so that we were well taken care of. We will definitely be staying here again for our next visit to Alaska!"
