“Soundproofing is not good, good service”

“The room was neat and clean. The bed was very comfortable, the only thing was the ceiling fan was not working. Overall a nice place to stay. I would stay again. ”

“喜欢住万豪，干净方便环境优美，周围有一个小湖，可以有很多水上娱乐项目，临近的mystic是全美十大小镇之一，美食美景伸拉桥，有特色的小店，逛逛很有意思。床很软，喜欢香波淡淡的檀香味道，就是被子对于我来说有点厚，不知道为什么要开很大的冷气盖厚被子，不是浪费电啊。”

“Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room on 3rd floor was beautiful, and newly renovated. The bed was comfy. My only complaint would be that the room was not cleaned properly before we got there. There was lots of little hairs in the edges and corner of the bathroom and shower. There was also lots of dust in the room; on the top of the headboard, window sill, and telephone, etc. There was also a dirty bandaid on the floor in the hallway during our entire stay. I would absolutely stay there……

“Hotel was very conveniently located for our visit to the aquarium. Only two issues was no vending available only some choices at the desk ...cash only. Also bathroom door was damaged and repaired but paint job wasn't fixed. Hotel was very nice but showing signs of wear. Beds were very comfortable. No elevator so if needed be sure to request first floor.”

“I stayed at the hotel for 4 days, Lisa at the front desk was great, upon check in I was told breakfast was served until 10am, however when I went to breakfast the next morning at 9am the food was basically gone, asked the restaurant staff and was told there was no more food, I checked my watch again and yes it was 9am!”
