"The Rho hotel is in the heart of the action, but it also means it's in the heart of the noise. If you are looking for a place with good access to the metro and the parties, it's probably a good spot. We were looking for something a little quieter but luckily there were fans in the room to help drown out the noise. There isn't AC which is fine for the cooler days.
