I should have stayed at Clarion across the street! I was expecting so much more from Hilton and it was not great at all. Dirty smelly carpet, dusty tables and it took about 10 mins for the water to pour out warm in the bath. Never staying here again. To top it off, there are these guys trying to sell you a time share. Uncomfortable and they are very pushy! NEVER AGAIN!

They have great customer service when checked in they asked for cell number once I was in my room they texted me asking if all was good and if needed anything else,later that night o texted them asking for roll away bed and she replied back and brought one shortly after. Super fast service and friendly helpful staff.

I was very disappointed in staying at the Hilton Anaheim. Our first room appeared very old and we had no hot water in the shower. I called customer service and they offered a different room, which they said they would deliver our new room keys. We waited 30 minutes and no room keys were delivered. We were already annoyed having to pack up and move our belongings. We had to return back to the lobby from the 9th floor to collect the new key cards since no one came. The second room we stayed in was the exact same, run down, uncomfortable bed, chipped paint, filthy shower curtains and dirty wallpaper. We also had to run the shower for a good 5 minutes before we received any hot water. If you want to use the pool, good luck. The pool is small and packed with kids all day long. We waited before the pool closed at 10pm one night and could barely even get into the hot tub. I am very disappointed in my 4 night stay at the Hilton Anaheim. We stayed here thinking it was a good location, as we were going to Disneyland. The walk to Disneyland is a lot farther than advertised, about 20 minutes one way, and there is NO free shuttle from the hotel to the park. You have to pay to use a bus. I have no idea how this hotel received 4 stars. I will not be staying here again.

Super close to Disney which was great. The outlets in the rooms were very finicky and placed in inconvenient spots.

This place was filthy. It had roaches and bugs in the room. I partly blame Expedia because they really hype up this hotel and this hotel is trash. They did not have heaters in any of the rooms last weekend. I have a daughter who is special-needs and had to end up sleeping in the second room that I paid for. They gave me $75 off per room but made me use it in their hotel. These people are thieves and they do not take accountability for their disgusting property. The bedroom had bubbles in the walls which tells me that it’s either mold or water. There was brown water spots all over the bathroom floor. The toilet was broke . It was a nightmare. The carpet was damp as they just shampooed it and after you would walk on the carpet, your feet were black. It was disgusting. I advise you to stay anywhere but here.

The hotel looks great in the picture and outside. However, the reality is different than I expected; the hotel room is so small and I need to pay for parking fee.

The hotel rooms need to be upgraded. We had peeling paint in the bathroom. The electrical outlets in the bedroom shorted out when we plugged in the hair dryer. The refrigerator was broken. The ice machine on our floor was broken.
