“Never atayed at an Ayres property but it was close to Angels stadium. It wa a fantastic hitel, great hot tub, A chef made your breakfast. Super delicious with great options. Id recommend. Just a shirt drive to Disney too.”

“不親切的櫃檯服務。 第二天交代櫃檯需補洗髮精、沐浴乳及每日更換床單、被套及枕套，晚間返回發現洗髮精沐浴乳皆未補，第三天告知櫃檯此事，櫃檯道歉承諾會補，結果仍舊未補，第四天房間完全沒打掃，櫃檯解釋：需主動向櫃檯要求才會打掃。事實上第二天即已交代櫃檯。 Thank you for making this birthday trip an unforgettable one.”

“入住時飯店搞錯訂房資訊，因此花了點時間，還要我自己打電話回台灣跟Hotels.com 確認？最後飯店發現自己錯誤，就冷一句sorry結束!另外，廁所半夜有異味飄出⋯空調聲音會突然很大聲（可能是暖氣的關係，但有點大聲！優點是離迪士尼門口很近！”

“My partner and I booked our stay at the Tropicana last minute and were hopeful because of the reviews. Overall the staff were very kind, the room at first look was very clean but I couldn’t help but notice areas like the bathroom tub were still dirty with lose hairs here and there. Also the appliances weren’t dusted and I found some random beads on the ground. Most of the towels also had dark / black stains on them evens though they’d been wash I’m assuming. I’d say about 4.2/5 stars you can’t……

“The room was clean and tidy. It is very close to Disneyland and the surrounding area is very prosperous, so it is a good choice. The room is not soundproof, you can hear noise from the corridor. Although there are few types of breakfast and no meat, it is very convenient and saves time.”

“Goods: The bed, pillow and the room is very comfortable. Near stores and restaurant within a walking distance. The pool, gym and laundry room are very convenient for those staying longer. Bads: The heat won't work until like 2-3 am in the morning, room heater system was broken, they had to give me a radiator. Shower also doesn't have heat in early morning (4-5am ish). We had jet lag so we found these during these time. However, overall its good place to stay in, heater problem can be fixed……

“隔音超級差，竟可聽到隔壁房間聊天聲音，即使感覺他們並不是特別大聲講話我們都可以聽到，浴室乾濕分離但拉門很難推。房間乾淨，走路至Disneyland 並不會太遠。”

“離迪士尼很近，附近有吃有逛非常方便。從LAX機場直接開過來約50分鐘”
