“It was a good experience and the lobby staff was polite and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was the staff at the bar as they didn’t even say good morning when I went to get a coffee, and they looked like they didn’t want to work, not even one smile. Very poor customer service ”

“这家应该算motel性质的，就在A1A公路路边。 由于到的比较晚，大概晚上8点左右，店员已经从预留的信用卡上扣了款。 对了，5月份佛罗里达日落都比较晚，都在晚8点以后。 这家就两层，房间并不多，房门的钥匙很有意思，有点像比较大个的u盘，钥匙前面是金手指，应该是比较早期的电子钥匙。 房间就普通标间的感觉，说实在话，我不太喜欢床上花被单的颜色，不过看了几家酒店照片，这边motel似乎都这样。 房间挺干净，早餐就在办公室(不知道是不是该这么翻)的一角放了些蛋糕饼干和牛奶饮料，自取。”

“Please tell the owner to have their internet checked out, this is our second stay here, and both times the connection was so slow it kept dropping. It was almost impossible to work remotely. The speed tested at less than 3mbps, and I'm sure they are paying for much faster service.”

“A modern design on a quiet residential street less than 400yds from the beach - and a similar very walkable distance to two local restaurants. We particularly liked the large screened balcony. Like most of the accommodation. this is on 2F - so you look out onto the trees and bushes that screen the property from its neighbours. The large open living space - lounge / dining table / kitchen - inside is great too. Not a problem for us, but just be aware if you are a larger group that - as mentioned……

“Check in process is great all information needed was sent over before arrival. The living room has been updated a bit from the pictures with a new sofa that was very comfortable. New patio furniture was very useful. I found roaches crawling around the dishwasher area within the first 30 mins of arriving which was kind of disturbing. I tried to contact vacasa and they said I needed to take pictures and or go buy roach spray. I’m sorry but I’m on vacation this issue shouldnt have been put on me to……

“Great location on a beautiful beach and also convenient to shopping and dining; very comfortable mattresses; well stocked kitchen and extras (beach chairs, games, etc.), newly renovated beautiful upstairs bathroom. The street has a traffic light at Route A1A; very helpful. A combination of small things lower the rating: cobwebs on the lamps, hot water heater glitch, challenging thermostat.
