“Enjoyed our stay for 4 nights in May. The location of the apartment cannot be beat. We were within walking distance to Harvard and MIT. Short and easy public transportation to downtown and back bay. Evening stroll to Charles River was pleasant. The apartment has all we needed. We didn't cook because there are many good food options in the neighborhood. The apartment is clean and quiet. Fast internet for our work needs. Would recommend.”

“Great location! So close to public transportation. Property very clean. Note: stairs are very steep for any renter with mobility issues. I could not find a blow dryer (usually available in other properties we have rented). Also could use a few more pillows for those of us that like to use 2 pillows to sleep.”

The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.”
