“The condo is exactly as pictured. The bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. It requires walking up three flights of stairs, but my wife and I had no problem even though we are in our late 60s. There was a grocery store and liquor store a few blocks away, and the subway is just a 10 minute walk. I do recommend using Uber, which I found quite affordable. Our host Gary was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a great visit! The neighborhood was very nice.”

“We could not have chosen a better location in the city or a nicer place to stay. The property was exactly as shown in the listing; a lovely one-bedroom condo with a very nice kitchen; a spacious shower and wonderful bath. We had interesting views of Beacon Street from our living room windows and a large and comfortable bedroom. The Green Line “T” ran right down the street and we used it often. We were able to walk to and from Fenway Park and many local restaurants. We would definitely recommend……

“Very clean well maintained house! When we arrived I was skeptical from the outside but this place is so nice inside. Very clean, all brand new appliances. We stayed 4 days and never got in the car to drive anywhere . Every attraction is within walking distance . The only thing I would say is it’s very tricky to understand how to get in but once you understand it fine .”

“This property is in a great location. This property has most definitely NOT been refurbished. The furniture is awful, uncomfortable, and old. The beds squeak. The AC units are horribly loud. The bathroom is badly in need of renovation. The hosts are non-responsive. They didn't bother to leave enough toilet paper, trash bags or any dishwasher detergent. We actually did enjoy our stay but know what you are getting before you stay.”

“Online description is on point. This is a roomie cottage that has views galore on a fantastic clean beach. Loved that within a 5 minute drive we had all the amenities in Newbury. The property is in need of some updates (as they clearly describe in their listing) but it was very clean and spacious. We would love to stay again.”

“Great place for a family, we had our 18yr niece with us so having a separate bedroom for her was a great find. Marblehead was an ideal location for getting around. Easy drives getting to Boston, Salem, Concord, Gloucester and the beaches packed in a lot in seven days”

“We loved the cool concept decor and open, light filled feel of the place. It is clean, quiet, and located about a 15-20 minute walk from the newbury beach and a 10 minute drive to downtown Newburyport. We brought our pup and he enjoyed playing at the beach as well as walking around some of the marsh trails. The local restaurants are SO good and some even dog friendly. Because the kitchen was so well equipped and with a working grill we also were able to cook at the sea loft. I couldn’t be……

“Sue was extremely helpful and communicative. She was there to greet us and gave us a tour of the apartment. She stayed in contact and checked in regularly to make sure all of our needs were met. The apartment is great. It’s a wonderful location right in the heart of the Back Bay area. Easy walk to Boston Commons, Newbury St, and other popular areas. The rooftop view is absolutely gorgeous. The apartment was large, clean, and very comfortable. There was plenty of cleaning supplies, laundry……

“Marblehead is a great small community with strong historical roots (as seen by the old and renovated houses). Although the drive to a supermarket was a bit long, but the great cafes clise to the apartment made up for it.”

“Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.”
