"We had a wonderful time at the Inspire House! Everything on the listing was as expected. The coffee bar was a huge hit as was the rooftop! Location was close to Broadway and easily able to catch an Uber versus driving and trying to find parking, which was expensive. We ate at the Germantown Cafe one evening. Had great service plus great food! Worth stopping by!"

"The house location was perfect to get to all of the day/nightlife in the area! We didn’t spend much time at the house, but when we were there we were extremely comfortable. It was perfect for a group of 5, and more people could have easily fit comfortably. The only downside was the construction at the property next door. "This is a nice bungalow in a neighborhood that is turning a new leaf. The home has been remodeled ( sort of) and is certainly confrontable enough and in a location with easy access to Nashville. The owners were very easy to communicate with. It met all of our needs and we had a great time."

"I had never stayed with VRBO before so I didn’t know what to expect. The pictures were completely accurate. The house is very comfortable and plenty of room for 2 people. The home was clean and nicely furnished.The beds were very comfortable and slept great. Having the full size kitchen was a great option too. "Fantastic stay at Urban Row. It is close enough to Broadway but also "far enough away." Uber rides are only $7-8 and we even walked into Broadway and shopped en route a few times. "Location was easy to get to. Not far from the interstate to get anywhere in Nashville. Ubers were decent prices to get to Broadway or Oprland area. Lots of stairs! One bedroom near garage all others on the top floor. (Basically 3 floors) Very comfortable beds! Bathrooms were nice sizes. We did have some issues with cleanliness and the smell of marijuana. "Overall the property was very nice, however the area did seem pretty sketchy. The first floor bedroom is immediately inside the front door. A few of our family members felt uneasy staying in that room with how the surrounding neighborhood looked. Other than that, the house was very very clean and nice. "I come here when my daughter has appointments at the childrens hospital. We live 3 hours away, and it is comfy and furnished. Will be back soon!! The only downfall is the $30 per night parking. It would be nice if you could pay $ 30 per visit, weather that be 1 night or 5 consecutive nights"
