“Rooms have very thin walls. The daily fire show is absolutely pointless as you are sat on a beautiful beach with beautiful surroundings. Then all of a sudden some people turn up with the loudest speaker playing the worst music burning kerosene. Not needed and about as entertaining as a broken leg. Onsite singers also not particularly entertaining as can’t really sing. Some ambient vibes would be better. Breakfast hall too small for the amount of people. Lovely people but wouldn’t return.”

“The hotel located on the main street and just a 8-minute-walk distance to the beach makes it very convenient. I love the big pool most as I can do some serious swimming and relax. However, my friends and I got bitten by mosquitoes all the time during our stay. I recommend the hotel to take more preventive measures. Facilities in gym room is not enough as there are only a few dumbbells, yoga mats, running and cycling machines. Besides, I think they should also move the gym to a room with pool……

“Deluxe rooms are a hike up 5-7 flights of stairs, no elevator. Not recommended if you have small kids. Room was dirty and poorly cleaned. Shower head was broken and needed to call maintenance. My free upgrade was not given, even though rooms was available. But seemed to be an issue w hotels.com and not the hotel.”

“This resort lived up to its status of being a 5 star. Starting of with a vast property (still look like new), well maintained and very clean, to the staffs that are very friendly and welcoming. They allowed us to checked in early, gave us a discount for the transportation to get our things from the other hotel and back to theirs. “We were upgraded to a pool accessed room. A twin beds room equipped with two queen beds making no spare space to place a sofa or a seat. The overall designed is not user friendly. Breakfast was OK. Near the Ao Nang Beach with plenty places to eat.”
