We were warmly welcomed and were given a lot of very helpful information. The hotel was very clean and right around the corner from various points of interest. We felt very safe walking around the streets and the food everywhere went was delicious.

The property has a charm .... its location is also a plus since it is on The Grand Canal. It could also use further upgrading... a lobby configuration that is freshened up and more conducive to sitting and watching the passers bye. the ventilation system is limited in that during the evening when I required cooling, I had to open windows for coolness... this allowed the late night street noise to come in. The BIGGEST plus is how friendly and helpful the vast majority of the staff was!!!

The property was amazing and the location ideal from the train station. More importantly, the staff was amazing Stefania provided incredible service and aid especially in supporting us as we were lost. She went above and beyond. Bravo to the staff
